I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were incredibly helpful and the location was great, the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and maintenance. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices, which I really appreciated. However, the lack of proper amenities in the room was a downside.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and not particularly comfortable. They really need some maintenance, and I found the furniture to be old. My biggest issue was the air conditioning; it wasn't available, which made my stay less than ideal, especially considering the heat. Although some of my concerns were addressed after I complained, it still fell short of what I expected.

The hotel is conveniently located in central Moscow, just a short walk from the Bolshoi Theater and Red Square, making it perfect for sightseeing. The rooms were somewhat small and not the most comfortable initially, but after raising some concerns, improvements were made. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite some miscommunication issues regarding late checkout. Dining options left much to be desired, scoring low on breakfast quality. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but there are areas that definitely need improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location just a short walk from Red Square and other attractions. The rooms were decent and satisfactory, though they could use a little more attention in terms of amenities. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the location and price, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
